Parasol Is Here For You and Your Customers

Parasol Is Here For You and Your Customers

Households across the U.S. right now are experiencing the stress and frustrations of everyone in the home constantly online, all at once. There’s work to be done, homework assignments that require internet research, video games to conquer, and shows to binge. As a home integrator, you may not be getting calls for high-end installations, but you’re probably getting calls for clients who need device and/or WiFi assistance. Here are some things to know, and ways you can make the best out of the COVID situation.

We’re here for you, remotely

Parasol was designed to be remote. We are up and running as normal with all of our agents working from home. We’re here to help your clients now more than ever before. Rest assured that if you’ve got Parasol, your client support needs are being handled.

Take this time to train employees

You likely have some extra time on your hands. Now is a great time to get employees trained on Parasol through our Parasol Pioneer Program. This technician certification program was designed to train technicians on Parasol’s setup and best practices.

Your technicians will learn:

  • The Parasol set-up
  • How to implement OvrC
  • Best practices for selling the Parasol service to existing clients

Upon completion of the program, technicians will receive a certificate and a Parasol t-shirt.

Join our Best Practices Training

Parasol is offering a remote training webinar to share our best practices and sales tactics. Now is a great time to brush up on your skills and update your sales standards and processes. Any dealer interested can contact Brandon at b.willmott@35.237.40.250 to schedule training.

Be a trusted advisor

Want to stand out from your competition? If you have Parasol’s 24/7/365 support, chances are you already do stand out. But aside from offering great support, be a trusted home network advisor during these trying times. Offer advice on your blog, email newsletter, or social media and help customers out when they ask. Here’s a great example of that from Livewire in Richmond, Virginia. Home Internet Trouble? Try These Helpful Tricks and Tips.
